Howell Man Indicted On Child Porn Charges
The man was indicted on charges of third-degree endangering via possession of child sexual abuse materials.
HOWELL, NJ — A Howell man was indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury this week on charges of child pornography, according to Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey.
Neil Ridgway, 58, was arrested back in April 2019.
He was indicted on charges of third-degree endangering via possession of child sexual abuse materials.

If found guilty, Ridgway can face a prison sentence of three to five years.
A total of eight people were indicted in Monmouth County with crimes involving distribution or possession of child sexual abuse materials, Linskey said.

They were investigated by members of the Prosecutor’s Office’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, working in tandem with representatives of local police departments.
