HOWELL, NJ — Howell schools will have a 90-minute delayed opening Wednesday due to icing conditions, the district said in an announcement to the community.
"Due to icing conditions, the Howell Township Public Schools will be operating on a 90-minute delayed opening on Wednesday, Jan. 17," the district said.
