Changed Trash Collection Dates for Holidays

The recycling schedule for both the July 4 and Labor Day weekends will change for Jefferson residents from the Oak Ridge side of town. 

Residents with normal Monday recycling pick-up will have both their regular garbage and recycling pick-up on Wednesday following each of these holidays.

Trash pick-up will go according to the normal holiay schedule—Monday's routes will be picked up on Tuesday, Tuesday's on Wednesday and Thursday and Friday will remain unchanged. 

There will be no vegetative and metal pick-ups during the holiday weeks.
