STAR Golf Outing

Jefferson Township’s STAR (Stadium Turf for Athletics and Recreation) committee is sponsoring its fourth Annual Golf Outing Fundraiser on Tuesday, June 28, 2011.  The golf event will be held at Bowling Green Golf Club, 53 Schoolhouse Road, Oak Ridge, NJ. The cost is $140 per person which includes greens fee, cart fee, continental breakfast, snack at the turn and a complete barbeque luncheon.

The event also includes a putting green contest, raffles, a 50/50 and other prizes. This year, each golfer will receive a voucher for a free round of golf (a $65 value). Continental breakfast & registration is at 7:30 a.m., followed by scramble start at 9:00 a.m. Special guest speaker at the luncheon is Jerry Reese, general manager of the New York Giants. A ticket for the barbeque luncheon (only), which begins at 12:30 pm, is available for $40 per person.
