Arts Committee Offers Bus Trip to Pa. Apple Festival

Pick up some apples, shop in any of the Village's 70 specialty shops, and enjoy gardens, live entertainment and lunch.

This weekend, join the Jefferson Arts Committee on a bus trip to the Apple Festival at Peddler’s Village in Lahaska, Pa.

What a day! You'll get to enjoy all of Peddler's Village; enjoy scrumptious treats including apple cider, apple zeppoles, apple fritters and caramel apples; visit  juried artisans selling their wares and demonstrating their skills and see an apple pie-eating contest.

There is a lot you can do: Pick up some apples for the family, shop in any of the Village’s 70 specialty shops, and enjoy lush gardens, live entertainment and lunch at one of six restaurants offering an array of culinary choices.
