Board of Education, Arts Committee Both Thursday Night

The day after the snow, and now it’s time to clean up and get back out. There are a few different ways you can help out your town Thursday night:

1. You Need to Know About This Meeting: Don’t forget about the public hearing on the proposed 2011-2012 school budget coming tonight at 8 p.m. in the middle school media center. Come out and find out how your money is being spent.
2. You Need to Know About This Committee: Want to do some good for Jefferson and have fun at the same time The is looking for new members, and will be meeting tonight at 7:30 at Department for Persons with Disabilities building on Weldon Road.
3. You Need to Know About This Story Time: Snuggle your kiddies up in the pajamas and take them over to the Jefferson Library for a  tonight at 6 p.m.
4. You Need to Know About This Festival: If you’re an NCAA fan, then you know the East Regional final games are in Newark this weekend. You can attend a  tonight in Newark.
5. You Need to Know About This Group: A meets at the United Way headquarters in Cedar Knolls tonight at 5:30. Join this group for support  if you’ve lost someone close to you.
