issued 100 summonses during two planned cell phone details on May 31 and June 5, according to Captain Eric Wilsusen. A total of 15 officers, including command personnel, participated in the two details, Wilsusen said.
Police issued 91 cell phone summonses, six for seatbelts, one for improper passing, one for possession paperwork and one to a driver with a suspended license.
