
Police report that throughout the township. The following incidents have taken place in December:
- A resident of Berkshire Valley Road reported that he was storing equipment on Courtet Drive and someone removed the electric cord from several pieces of construction equipment. This incident happened on Dec. 12.
- On Dec. 19, a resident of Ross Court reported that someone entered the residence through an unlocked front door, police said. Jewelry, cash and credit cards were taken from the residence, police said..Β Det. Steve Muller and the Morris County Sheriffβs Crime Scene responded. The incident is under investigation.
- Also on Dec. 19, a resident of Canal Crossing reported that someone entered the home and removed assorted jewelry, an Xbox and video games, police said.. Det. Steve Muller and Morris County Sheriffβs Crime Scene Unit responded. The incident is under investigation.
- On Dec. 20, a resident Forest Ridge Terrace reported that someone forced entry to the residence through a front door, police said. Approximately $12,000 worth of jewelry, a television and a computer were removed from the home, police said. Police said that a suspicious older black compact vehicle, occupied by two males, was seen in the area. Det. Steve Muller and Morris County Sheriffβs Crime Scene Unit responded. The incident is under investigation.
