Cops: Two Smoking Pot in A&P Lot
The following arrest information was supplied by the Jefferson Township police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Two Jefferson residents were caught smoking marijuana in their parked car, according to township police.
John McCartney, 22 and Brendan Conway, 19 both of Jefferson Township, were discovered in their vehicle at the A&P on Berkshire Valley Road.
Both were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Both were later released pending a municipal court appearance.
