Fiery Falcons First in Flight

The Fiery Falcons, Jefferson's under 13 girls' travel soccer team, won the championship of flight three in Morris County soccer. 

The team was honored at Wednesday night's . The girls gave Mayor Russell Felter a trophy to put in the case in the municipal building's lobby.

"These girls have been playing together, for the most part, since they were about eight years old," said coach Laura Squier. "We hope to provide the program with some great talent over the next few years."
