High School VP Currie Suspended

Suspension effective as of Feb. 11, according to BOE resolution.

vice principal Greg Currie has been suspended from his position by a resolution approved by the Board of Education at Tuesday night’s meeting.

Currie’s suspension was effective as of Feb. 11.

Citing personnel confidentiality, Jefferson superintendent Dr. Kathaleen Fuchs would not comment on the nature of the suspension, or whether Currie would be reinstated.

With five years of experience in the district, Currie’s salary at the time of the suspension was $115,346 per year.
