While Jefferson Township has all kinds of modern conveniences, the takes visitors back to days of old in town. The building that houses the museum was built in the 1870s, and much of the furniture and details representing that time.

The museum is decked out in all its Christmas finery to help celebrate Christmas in the Village last weekend. Even the docents at the museum got into the spirit, dressing in their Christmas best to show visitors around.
