JTHS Ski Team Uses Man-Made Snow to its Advantage

Boys finish third in league, Alexis Bishop on her way to regionals.

Lack of snow hasn’t kept the Jefferson High ski teams from making some noise on the mountains this winter. Hidden Valley Ski Resort made snow, and the Falcons made the most of their time on it.

The varsity boys placed third in the Liberty League, and sophomore Justin Luime made all-league.

Alexis Bishop made all-league for the girls’ team, and also finished in the top 13 of the state, qualifying her for the Eastern Regionals in New Hampshire on Wednesday.
