Middle Schooler Collects Warm Coats for Local Shelters

Whiz Kid's Name, Age: Zack Frank, 14

Whiz Kid's School: Jefferson Township Middle School (Grade 8)

Whiz Kid's Accomplishment: Frank was required to complete a community service project as part of his black belt training at Oak Ridge Martial Arts Academy.

Whiz Kid's Key to Awesomeness: Frank collected warm coats and toiletries from various drop spots around Jefferson from Jan. 1 - 24. He ended up gathering 100 warm coats and two shopping bags filled with toiletries. He donated all his collection to the Jersey Battered Women's Shelter and the Market Street Mission in Morristown.
