Township officials are asking weekend travelers to use caution around Jefferson, as two events in town will cause roads to be shut down.
There will be a 5K run on Saturday in the area or Ridge Road and White Rock Blvd. The run will start at 10 a.m. from through the White Rock section of town.
In addition, a Memorial Day Parade will take place on Monday starting at 11:45 a.m. on Espanong Road, East Shore Road, and Brady Road.
