Oh Snow, Not Again

It’s Monday. But it’s really a quasi-Monday, because some of you may have the day off from work today. If so, enjoy! And whether you are or aren’t working, here are five things you need to know today:

1. You Need to Know About the Weather: Yup, it’s the “S” word again. It may still be snowing as you read this, and it may not be as big a deal as usual because it is a holiday. But in any event, stay tuned to Patch for any weather related closings or delays.
2. You Need to Know About School: It’s still closed today for Jefferson students. It’s the last day of winter break. You can send them back bright and early tomorrow morning.
3. You Need to Know About Moms’ Time: Starting this week, 8:30 a.m. every day will be moms’ time. Each day, there will be a different feature dedicated to all of those who keep the household running. Check back at 8:30 this morning for our Moms’ Talk feature.
4. You Need to Know About Bowling: Jefferson’s varsity team will participate in a bowl-a-thon this afternoon at 4 p.m. at Sparta Lanes.
5. You Need to Know About This Meeting: The will meet on Feb. 22 at 8 p.m. at the high school media center.
