Police Investigating Multiple Vehicle Break-Ins

The has been investigating numerous complaints of thefts from motor vehicles throughout the Lake Hopatcong area.

Over the past month, there have been approximately 15 vehicles broken into. Items such as loose change, electronics and other valuables have been stolen from the vehicles. A total value of all items stolen has yet not been determined.

The incidents occurred overnight and in all cases the vehicles were unlocked.

Police are urging residents to always lock there vehicles and always remove or secure valuables.
