Reward Money Increased in Diner Owner Murder

$15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the killer(s).

The amount of reward money for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the owner of the Kenvil Diner has been increased to $15,000 from $11,000, according to a report on nj.com.

The diner owner, Chafic “Steve” Ezzeddine, 71, was found dead in the diner on May 28. Authorities have not said how he died, but said his injuries were extensive. No motive has provided.

A reward of $11,000 had been announced on June 2. The Roxbury Policemen's Benevolent Association added an additional $3,000 and the Roxbury Chamber of Commerce added $1,000.
