School Board Candidate Stacie Corrao Has Renovation On Her Mind

Occupation: Security Analyst, Picatinny Arsenal. Corrao also has a real estate license and is a certified small business consultant.

What Corrao Brings to the Race: Corrao said she brings integrity, common sense, and accountability to the board race.

“I will not tell you just what I think you want to hear,” she said. “You may not always agree with me on an issue, but you will always know where I stand.”

Corrao’s List of the Most Important Issues Facing the Board: This candidate’s main concern is the renovation of the Drummond School as new offices for the school administration. She said she has asked many questions of the board, none of which have been answered to her satisfaction, Corrao said.

In addition, Corrao is concerned about the district’s test scores, and the technology budget for students.

“We need to spend our money better, and get kids up with the times,” she said.
