3. When: The meeting starts at 7:15 p.m., which is 45 minutes earlier than the normal 8 p.m. start time for board meetings.
4. What: This is a special meeting, in addition to the regular meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
5. On the Agenda: The superintendent of schools vacancy will be discussed. The position became open when current superintendent Dr. Kathaleen Fuchs submitted her resignation at the Dec. 19 meeting.
