St. Clare's Gives Back To Its Employees
Hospital employees participate in "Adopt-a-Family" program.

Saint Clareβs Health System embraced the spirit of giving during the holiday season by hosting an βAdopt a Familyβ program β a way for Saint Clareβs staff members to support their fellow employees.
Β As part of the program, individual employees or departments within the hospital were invited to βadoptβ individuals employed by the health system that had been identified as benefitting from extra assistance during the holiday season, purchasing gifts anonymously for them and their families. More than 50 Saint Clareβs departments and individuals took part in the initiative, which found a special way for Saint Clareβs employees to support each other, brighten their holidays, and recognize their ongoing commitment to providing compassionate care to patients in the community.
Due to the generosity of Saint Clareβs staff, more people and departments wanted to adopt families than the number of families who sought assistance for the holidays.Β Eleven departments and individuals were offered the opportunity to purchase gifts for the Childrenβs Crisis Intervention Services at Saint Clareβs Hospital/Boonton, an inpatient behavioral health services unit providing services for children and adolescents between the ages of five and seventeen.
