Wave Runner Stolen In Jefferson: Police Blotter

A wave runner theft, a liquor store robbery, and more: check out the Jefferson police blotter here.

JEFFERSON, NJ — A wave runner was stolen from a boat yard in Jefferson last month, and police are still investigating, Jefferson police said.

Police say someone tied a rope to the wave runner at the Prospect Point Boat Bard and towed it away. The wave runner had a cable lock on it, police said. It's still under investigation by the JTPD and State Police.

7/15/2018, DWI, PO Ondish/ Cpl. Seeley: Aaron Hawkins, 33, of Hamburg, NJ, was arrested at the scene of a motor vehicle stop on Holland Mountain Road. Mr. Hawkins was arrested for DWI. He was processed and released pending court appearance.

7/15/2018, 10-48 / Possession CDS, PO Paskas: Charlotte Gebhardt, 54, of Dunellen, NJ, was arrested for possession of CDS following a motor vehicle stop. Ms. Gebhardt was arrested, processed, and
released pending court appearance.

7/16/2017, Suspicious activity / Attempted Robery, PO Sapartitio: Ronald Reininger, 29, New Foundland, was arrested following an attempted Robbery at the Whislte Stop, Route 23 South. The victim Mr. Reininger entered the Whistle Stop Wine and Spirits and stated "Give me all your money. I want your money". Mr. Reininger was arrested, processed and transported to Morris County Jail pending a court appearance.

7/23/18 MV Stop/CDS Arrest, PO Quidort: Michael Pierce, 18, of Oak Ridge, NJ, was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Ridge Road for possession of marijuana. Mr. Pierce was arrested, processed and released on a summons pending a future court date.

7/30/17, MV Crash/DWI Arrest, P.O. Coyle: Darcelle O’Donnell, 58, of Hamburg, NJ, was arrested at the scene of an overturned motor vehicle crash on Espanong Road. PO Coyle’s investigation revealed Ms. O’Donnell was under the influence of alcohol. She was issued summons pending a future court date.

8/01/18, MV Crash/DWI Arrest, P.O. McGowan: Bryan Guthrie, 42, of Oak Ridge, NJ, was arrested after leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash. Mr. Guthrie was arrested, processed and released pending court appearance.

8/7/18, Disorderly Conduct CDS Arrest, PO Paskas: Jamie Delaney, 21, of Sparta, NJ, was ringing and knocking on the doors on Gerhardt Road. Ms. Delaney was under the influence of alcohol and admitted to using Cocaine and smelled of Marijuana. Further investigation located a marijuana blunt in her purse and a clear plastic baggie with white powder residue. Ms. Delaney was arrested, processed and released pending court appearance.

8/18/2018, MVA, CDS Arrest, PO Coyle: Michael Getz, 49, of Holland, PA, did not negotiate the turn from Howard Blvd onto Espanong Road correctly, crashed into two parked vehicles and a boat trailer, parked in the Shell Gas Station. Mr. Getz was placed under arrest after he handed over a small bag of marijuana. Mr. Getz was arrested, processed and released pending court appearance.

8/18/2018, Suspicious person CDS Arrest, PO Paskas: Phillip Jones, 42, of Henryville, PA, was in the area of Rt. 15 and Bowling Green Parkway acting suspicious, not wearing any shoes, and appeared to be falling
asleep in a chair. PO Paskas’ investigation revealed Mr. Jones having in his possession Heroin, Hypodermic needle and a spoon. Mr. Jones was arrested, processed and released on a summons.
