1 Killed, 1 Injured In Jersey City Shooting: Officials
One man was killed and another hospitalized in a shooting early Sunday near Monticello Avenue and Astor Place, the county prosecutor said.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — A Jersey City man was killed and another injured early Sunday in a double shooting near Monticello Avenue and Astor Place, according to the Office of the Hudson County Prosecutor.
Police found the two men, 46-year-old Keshean Nettles and a 49-year-old Jersey City resident, around 3 a.m. suffering from gunshot wounds to the middle body and upper body, respectively.
Both victims were taken to Jersey City Medical Center, where Nettles later died. Nettles' cause of death is being determined by the Regional Medical Examiner's Office, according to the prosecutor's office.

The other victim is in critical condition, officials said.
No arrests have been made, and the prosecutor's office homicide unit and the Jersey City Police Department are investigating the shooting.
