Daniel Regan to Speak at “The Real” New York Summit on the Intersection of Finance and Mental Health

Daniel Regan urges global leaders to see mental health as the foundation of real economic strength.

October 21, 2025
New York, NY

Daniel Regan, nationally recognized leader in mental health advocacy and founder of HealingUS Centers, has been invited to speak at The Real New York Summit on October 28–29, 2025, an international conference exploring “The Intersection of Finance and Mental Health.”

Mr. Regan’s participation represents a pivotal moment in the ongoing dialogue between behavioral health leadership and the global economic sector. His address will focus on the deep interdependence between economic systems and emotional well-being, emphasizing that mental health must be viewed as both a moral and financial priority in the development of modern societies.

Through his leadership of HealingUS Centers and as President of the New Jersey Coalition of Treatment Providers (NJCTP), Regan has advanced a model of recovery rooted in compassion, evidence based practices, and community empowerment. His message at the summit will highlight how economic resilience begins with mental resilience and how investments in behavioral health yield measurable returns for families, communities, and national economies.

“When we talk about financial resilience, we must also talk about mental resilience. The two are inseparable,” said Regan. “Economic equity begins with mental wellness because no society can thrive when its people are suffering in silence.”

The Real Summit, known for convening leaders from finance, healthcare, government, and academia, seeks to redefine the global understanding of how mental health directly shapes productivity, innovation, and economic sustainability. Regan’s participation reaffirms the essential role of community-based and recovery oriented leaders in shaping a more compassionate and equitable future.
