The building features: sky lounge, fitness center, yoga studio, children's playroom, two outdoor pools, basketball court, dog run and more.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — Fisher Development Associates, the developer of the Vantage Collection - the twin 45-story waterfront buildings in Liberty Harbor North in Jersey City - unveiled on Friday the many resort-style amenities that will be available to renters in the second building.
According to a spokesperson for the company, the second of two towers, located a 1 Park View Avenue, is complete and began leasing apartments this past summer. Initial tenants already occupy the building. The first tower was completed in 2018.
Together, the buildings feature 900 apartments, 452 of them located in the second tower, according to New York Yimby.

Meanwhile, the building's 6th floor deck has impressive views of New York Harbor, the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty, and plenty of amenities.
The deck features two outdoor pools, a full-court basketball court, great lawn, fire pits, 12-station BBQ area, outdoor children's play area, a dedicated dog run, outdoor fitness area, terrace and bar, shared gardening beds and a lounge with tiered seating.
"The Vantage Collection is a true urban oasis that immediately transports residents to a five-star resort," said Brian Fisher, president of Fisher Development Associates. "The buildings have been designed so many of the amenities are positioned overlooking the Hudson River, Ellis Island and Liberty State Park, providing a one-of-a-kind backdrop for residents to enjoy an active and socially-infused lifestyle. Inside and outside, amenities at The Vantage Collection are a rare find in the Hudson County rental market."
The Vantage Collection's apartments also feature some of the largest floorplans in the Jersey City new construction marketplace, developers said.
According to Fisher Development Associates, the new building features one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences that start in the mid $2,000s, and limited Grand Opening-incentives are available. The apartments are ready for immediate occupancy.
The homes feature designer kitchens with GE stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, lavish baths with custom vanities, Kohler fixtures, glass enclosed showers, recessed LED lighting and in-home washer and dryer units. Some apartments offer floor-to-ceiling windows.
"These are light-filled, modern apartments with plenty of room for an office or dedicated workspace," Fisher said.
Developers said the new tower will feature 6,300 square feet of retail space, bringing up the amount of ground-floor retail space in the two buildings to approximately 11,300 square feet. The Park View Academy, an innovative new daycare facility, is housed in the Vantage Collection's first tower, located at 33 Park View Avenue.
In addition to the amenities and great views, residents of the Vantage Collection have easy access to transportation into Manhattan via the Grove Street and Exchange Place PATH stations and New York Waterway ferry service.
Plus, the buildings are adjacent to the Paulus Hook and Van Vorst Park neighborhoods and just steps away from the vibrant dining/nightlife scene on Newark Avenue.
Bozzuto, the property management company for The Vantage Collection, has opened leasing for the second tower with fully furnished model apartments. Additional information about The Vantage Collection is available online or by calling 844.288.6375.
