NY Waterway Ferry Also Honoring PATH Tickets At Paulus Hook Stop In Jersey City

With Hoboken PATH trains still suspended, NY Waterway is honoring tickets at Paulus Hook. The snarl "May go into the PM rush" they say.

HOBOKEN, NJ — With Hoboken PATH trains to both 33rd Street and the World Trade Center suspended Thursday morning, several other transportation modes are cross-honoring tickets, including NY Waterway.

After 11 a.m., the ferry service said they're now honoring tickets at Paulus Hook in Jersey City, in addition to Hoboken.

They said the delays may continue "into the PM rush."

NJ Transit trains and the light rail trains were also cross-honoring tickets.

PATH trains from Newark to the World Trade Center were also suspended due to a trespasser, but travel on that line resumed after 10 a.m.

PATH Tweeted at 10:29 a.m.: "HOB-33, HOB-WTC suspension continues. Prepare for extensive delays and cross-honoring. Crews are on site working hard to restore service. Cross honoring are as follows: NJT 126 Bus, NJT rail HOB, NWK, NYPS. HBLR at NWPT, EXPL, HOB. NYWW at HOB, Paulus Hook, Brookfield Place."

They said earlier that a water main break led to a switch failure.
