Flo Rida’s Son In ICU After Fall From Jersey City Apt: Lawsuit, Report
Zohar Dillard, 6, suffered fractures, a lacerated liver, and collapsed lungs in the March 4 fall, according to a new lawsuit and reports.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Rapper Flo Rida's 6-year-old son is in an intensive care unit after falling from a fifth-floor window of an apartment in Jersey City earlier this month, according to a new lawsuit and reports.
The boy, Zohar Dillard, suffered fractures to his pelvis and left foot, a lacerated liver, collapsed lungs, and internal bleeding in the March 4 fall, according to reports and the suit filed Monday in New Jersey's civil court.
"[Zohar] suffered severe and permanent injuries," the lawsuit states. "[He] will in the future suffer great physical and mental pain and suffering."

Alexis Adams, the boy's mother, argues in her civil suit that the building owners and managers were responsible for the fall because they installed window guards that “posed a hazardous condition."
Adams has previously said Flo Rida, whose real name is Tramar Lacel Dillard, has had no involvement in Zohar’s life, according to Page Six.

This week, the mom told News12 New Jersey she was devastated by Zohar's fall.
“As a single mom to a special-needs child, this feels like a nightmare," Adams reportedly said. "My heart is broken into a million pieces."
