Free Coffee For A Year For First 100 Customers At Jersey City Dunkin' Donuts Reopening

JERSEY CITY, NJ — The first 100 customers in line when a Dunkin' Donuts holds its reopening in Jersey City next week will get free coffee for a year, the company said.

The Dunkin' in the McGinley Square neighborhood will be the latest to get a "next generation" redesign and reopen.

The Free Coffee for a Year Giveaway recipients will receive a coupon book containing four free medium hot or iced coffee coupons per month for 14
months, good only at the Jersey City Dunkin’ at 739 Bergen Ave., the company said. New Jersey residents who live or work in Hudson County are eligible. They must be 18 or over.

The reopening will begin at 11 a.m. next Thursday, the company said.

To commemorate the occasion, Dunkin’ Franchisee Pankaj Savaliya will make a $3,000 donation to New City Kids, in conjunction with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. New City Kids offers faith-based, after-school programming for local youth from under-resourced communities.

All guests are invited to spin a prize wheel to win free Dunkin’ merchandise, while supplies last, and enjoy a complimentary Dunkin’ photobooth from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A ribbon cutting ceremony with local dignitaries will take place at 12:30 p.m.

The newly remodeled 1,600 square-foot Dunkin’ employs seven crew members and is daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., the company said

The Jersey City restaurant features Dunkin’s next generation design with a modern atmosphere, innovative technologies and exciting elements, they said. Besides donuts, pastries, and sandwiches, they sell coffee drinks, iced teas, cold brew coffee, and nitro infused cold brew coffee.
