Latin American Restaurant Perquin JC To Open This Weekend
The chefs behind a Honduran restaurant, Perquin JC, say they'll open at the end of this week.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — A much anticipated Latin American restaurant is set to open in downtown Jersey City this weekend, according to their social media posts.
Perquin JC describes itself as "A celebration of Latin America, with Honduran roots."
They posted a video of the preparation of pollo chuco, a Honduran platter with fried chicken and vegetables, with sauces.
