Sátis Bistro, 212 Washington St., Jersey City is promoting their brunch, dinner, and seasonal specials for "all the wonderful moms." They noted, "Elevate your tribute to Mom with a luxurious Mother's Day Brunch or Dinner, featuring seasonal specials carefully prepared by Chef Alex." Marcus Live!, the restaurant in American Dream in East Rutherford, is named for renowned chef Marcus Samuelsson. The eatery will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Mother's Day, offering two special items that day: "Lobster + Shrimp Risotto with creamed corn and brown butter, and M’s Braised Short Ribs with coconut couscous and root vegetables."
