New Jersey City Luxury Building 351 Marin Opens Leasing

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Another luxury apartment building opened for leasing in Jersey City.

The latest signature rental building from Kushner Real Estate Group, 351 Marin, opened its doors for leasing in Downtown Jersey City this week. The new 38-story tower features 507 apartments in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District.

A mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments are offered, with monthly rents for studios starting from $2,650. Limited time Grand Opening incentives include two months free on a 14-month lease, and three months free on a 26-month lease. Initial occupancy is scheduled for December 1, 2021.

KRE and Northwestern Mutual tapped The Marketing Directors as exclusive marketing and leasing agent for 351 Marin, which debuts with an on-site leasing office and three fully furnished model homes.

351 Marin’s welcoming lobby features live green walls, while 24-hour concierge service will cater to resident needs. Onsite parking and bicycle storage is also available.

A café located in the building’s street-level retail space will enhance the public plaza, creating a new destination along Marin Boulevard.
