New Kushner Apartments In Downtown Jersey City Start Launch

JERSEY CITY, NJ — A new luxury building on Marin Boulevard will soon be accepting residents.

The Kushner Real Estate Group announced on Tuesday that it was launching the new building at 351 Marin Boulevard. The tower is 37-stories tall and offer 507 units. The building was developed in joint venture with Northwestern Mutual in Jersey City’s culturally infused Powerhouse Arts District.

The developer, which manages Jersey City’s largest luxury rental portfolio, has tapped The Marketing Directors as exclusive marketing and leasing agent for 351 Marin, which will officially launch with an on-site leasing office and three fully furnished model homes.

The building will offer a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments lined with upscale features such as plank flooring, kitchens with GE stainless steel appliances, Grey Quartz waterfall countertops and High-gloss grey cabinets, and lavish bathrooms with Kohler fixtures and white quartz countertops.
