Woman Sexually Assaulted By Stranger As She Entered Downtown Jersey City Home: Prosecutor
No arrests have been made after a woman was sexually assaulted in downtown Jersey City Saturday night, prosecutors said.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — A woman was sexually assaulted Saturday night as she entered a home, Hudson County prosecutors said.
Officers arrived on Sussex Street around 11:30 p.m. and took a report from a woman who said an unknown man had physically and sexually assaulted her, authorities said.
She was taken by emergency medical services to Jersey City Medical Center, where she was treated for injuries, prosecutors said.

No arrests had been made as of Sunday, prosecutors said.
The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the Jersey City Police Department are investigating.
