2 Lacey Men Charged With Assault At Brewing Company, Chief Says
Lanoka Harbor men both charged with assault after brewing company staff says they are done serving for the night

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Apparently two men charged with assault at a local brewery weren't happy with the staff's decision to close up shop for the night.
Officers Anthony Sarno, Michael Baldasari, Martin Julian and Scott Keefe responded to the Backward Flag Brewing Company on Challenger Way at 9:41 p.m. on April 27 on a report of a fight in progress between the patrons and the staff, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Investigation at the scene found that two men became irate when they were told by the staff that "the brewery was done serving for the night,'' the chief said.
