Attempt To Serve Warrant Ends In Drug Arrest in Lacey
Theresa Viglione, 54, charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - An recent attempt by Lacey police to serve a traffic summons on a Forked River resident ended with her arrest on drug charges, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officers Jason Lee and Jesse Dalziel responded to the 800 block of Windward Drive in Forked River at 9:01 p.m. on March 25 to serve the traffic summonses on Theresa Viglione, 54. They spotted a plate with white powder and a cut straw on a nearby table, the chief said.
Viglione was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and taken to police headquarters, where she was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, DiBella said.
