Family Of Stricken Lacey High School Teen Needs Your Help
Joseph Serrano had a brain tumor removed just days before his high school graduation, his family needs some financial assistance

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Joseph Serrano always has a smile and a hello for whoever he meets. He's a National Honor Society student at Lacey Township High School. Joe served as president of Interact, a community service club at his school, an officer in his student government, and was a part of his school's STEM program.
And now Joe and his family need your help.
The teen was admitted to the hospital just a few days before his graduation and was diagnosed with a brain tumor the size of a golf ball. A gofundme site entitled "Love for Joseph" has been established to help his parents, Dave and Lauren Serrano, to help with medical and other bills.

"Recovery is a long process and although Joe is healing remarkably fast, he is still not 100 percent," the post states. "Not only that, but medical bills are adding up and so are the normal monthly bills. Joe's parents, Dave and Lauren Serrano, have been taking shifts sleeping with him at the hospital while the other takes care of their 3 other children at home. They are a single income household and Dave is running out of sick days."
Joe is hoping to become a doctor and dreams of making a difference in the world.
"Joe strives to help others, but right now, he needs your help," the post states. Please join hands in helping the Serrano family during their time of need! Remember every donation helps, no matter how small."
