Four From Lacey Charged with Defiant Trespassing

DWI, warrant and shoplifting arrests

Four were charged for allegedly trespassing on Lacey Materials’ property.

Police made a motor vehicle stop in the area of Lacey Materials on Saturday, Aug. 18 and arrested Ashley Arroyo, 21, David Giberson, 18, both of Lanoka Harbor, Ryan Bennett, 19, of Forked River and a 17-year-old Lanoka Harbor male.

Arroyo was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana), drug paraphernalia and defiant trespassing. Giberson, Bennett and the juvenile were each charged with defiant trespassing.

Aug. 21
Crystal Clancy, 19, of Forked River was arrested for allegedly shoplifting $23.80 worth of hair care products from Walmart. She was released on $2,500 bail.

Aug. 18
An officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:22 a.m. Michalyn Roxas, 53, of Beachwood was charged with DWI, refusal to submit to breath test, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane. Roxas was processed and released.

Aug. 17
Police made a motor vehicle stop at 10:04 p.m. for speeding. Joseph Devlin, 45, of Forked River was found to have a $114 warrant from Beachwood Municipal Court. Devlin was released after posting bail.
