Grand Opening Held For Cornerstone At Lacey III
This is the third and final phase of the low-income Forked River multifamily property.

LACEY, NJ — The first residents have been welcomed and a grand opening has been held for Lacey's newest development, Cornerstone at Lacey III.
The 70-unit income-restricted apartment complex constructed by Walters joins its sister complexes Cornerstone I and II as the third and final phase of the multifamily property, Walters announced in a news release.
To mark the development's completion, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Aug. 20 at 900 Gary Smith Way in Lacey Township.

“We’re proud to deliver quality, affordable housing that meets the needs of residents from a range of income levels,” said Joe Del Duca, partner and director of Affordable Housing for Walters. “With the first two phases fully occupied, this final phase is an exciting milestone, and we’re confident it will continue to bring lasting benefits to Lacey for many years.”
Walters is designing and constructing the development to meet the requirements of LEED® and ENERGY STAR® certification. LEED-certified homes are healthier places to live, produce lower utility bills, have better air quality, and leave a smaller environmental footprint, according to Walters.
