Lacey Chamber of Commerce to Hold Second Annual Valentine's Comedy Night

The Lacey Chamber of Commerce is holding its second annual Valentine’s Comedy Night at the Captain’s Inn on Friday, Feb. 15.

The night will feature a comedy show by the Laughter Lounge, a company that runs out of Longshots in Waretown. Comics will include John Conte, Buddy Flip, Rich Curicci and Tracy Tedesco.

“We like the set of stand-ups,” said Ruth Feeney of the Lacey Chamber of Commerce.

This will be the fourth comedy show the Lacey Chamber of Commerce has held, although second Valentine’s comedy night.

“We just want to stress to the community that in addition to giving something to the community as far as a fun night out, it is a fundraiser,” Feeney said.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Lacey Chamber of Commerce’s Scholarship Fund for Future Business Leaders of America students.

The Valentine’s Comedy Night will take place at the Captain’s Inn at 304 East Lacey Rd. in Forked River. Dinner is at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m.

Admission is $25 per person for dinner and the show. There will also be a cash bar.
