Lacey Cops Arrest Man For Criminal Mischief At Community Hall

Paul B. Yodice Jr. 22, was also charged with burglary and theft to cars in the parking lot, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested a Forked River man and charged him with burglary, theft and criminal mischief to vehicles parked in the Community Hall parking lot, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Officers Christopher Meyler and Michael Baldasari responded to Vetworks on Route 9 North on a report of criminal mischief to vehicles in the parking lot at 1:20 a.m. on April 14, the chief said.

Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Paul B. Yodice, Jr., 22, Foxwood Lane in Forked River for burglary and theft. He was transported to police headquarters where he also received criminal summonses for burglary and criminal mischief, DiBella said.

The damage is estimated at $1,000, the chief said.
