Police saw Jason A. Hurt meeting with juveniles, found with vape pen and drug paraphernalia, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested a Neptune Township man at the Cedar Creek trestle for possession of drug paraphernalia after they saw him meet with several groups of juveniles, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Lacey detectives arrested Jason A. Hurt, 19, at 2:8 p.m. on May 25. He had a "vape pen" used to inhale THC oil, which is a resin extracted from marijuana. Police made the arrest after they first spotted Hurt meeting with juveniles in Gille Park, then meeting with other juveniles at the trestle, DiBella said.
Hurt was taken to police headquarters, where he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and released on his own recognizance, the chief said.
