Lacey Cops Charge Bayville Man With DUI After He Hits Pole
Todd D. Dudley, 43, was also charged with reckless driving, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested a Bayville man and charged him with drunk driving after his pick-up truck struck a utility pole, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Elton Copes and Officer Patrick Watkins responded to the accident scene on Dover Road at 6:39 p.m. on April 8. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the driver, Todd D. Dudley, 43, East Railroad Avenue, Bayville, for driving under the influence, the chief said.
Dudley was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with reckless driving. His vehicle was impounded pursuant to John's Law, DiBella said.
