Lacey Elks Lodge 2518 Donates $10,000 to the Fireman’s House in Boonton, NJ
Lacey Elks donated $10,000 after the First Responders' Picnic to say thank you for their assistance during the recent wildfire.

A donation of $10,000 was proudly given to the Fireman’s House in Boonton, NJ, by the Lacey Elks Lodge 2518. Here's some photos of the event. This is why we love being a Lacey Elk!
This all started with a conversation between a couple of Lacey Elk Members. They created a flyer asking for volunteers, and at each meeting, the room filled with more volunteers! Only three short weeks later, over 100 caring and amazing Elks worked together to create such an amazing event! The businesses in our communities gladly donated to our giveback! This event was open to our community, which we fed, for free, an estimated 3,000 people.
They all thanked our first responders and donated to our water tower donation "bucket!" Great things can be accomplished when you focus on the good and surround yourself with positive, caring, like-minded folk! Love each and every one of our Lacey Elk volunteers! We should all be very proud of what we accomplished!
