Lacey Man Arrested for Stealing From His Employer
Lanoka Harbor man stole cash from registers, cops charge
A Lacey man was arrested Monday and charged with stealing from the township Walmart store where he was employed.
Brian Scardone, 44, of Laurel Boulevard in Lanoka Harbor, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. after officers went to the Route 9 Walmart store regarding a report of acts of theft allegedly committed by a store employee, police said.
Scardone was charged with stealing $790 from the cash registers between Oct. 31, 2013 and Nov. 17, 2013.
He was processed and released on a summons.
