Lacey Man Charged With Speeding Had Two Outstanding Warrants
Matthew C. Foulks, 44, had warrants out of Pemberton and Mount Laurel, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police turned a Forked River man over to the custody of Pemberton Township police after they stopped him recently for speeding and discovered he had two outstanding warrants, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officers Michael Hutman and Michael Verwey stopped Matthew C. Foulks, 44, Spruce Street on Spruce Street for speeding at 3:27 p.m. on March 26. They discovered that he had two outstanding warrants, one from Mount Laurel and the other from Pemberton Township, the chief said.
Foulks was taken to police headquarters, where he was charged with speeding and driving and unregistered vehicle. He was then turned over to Pemberton Township Police, DiBella said.
