Lacey Man Facing Multiple Charges After Drunk Driving Arrest

Frank A. Paradise, 30, arrested after motor vehicle stop, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently charged a Forked River man with driving under the influence after a motor vehicle stop on Ensign Drive in Forked River, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Officer Martin Julian stopped Frank A. Paradise, Chestnut Lane, at 11:09 p.m. on May 14 for drunk driving. He was taken to police headquarters, where police discovered he had an active $250 Roselle Township warrant.

Paradise was also charged with reckless driving, refusal to submit to sobriety tests, reckless driving, careless driving, driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain lane, the chief said.

The vehicle he was driving was impounded pursuant to John’s Law, DiBella said.
