Lacey Police Arrest Bayville Man For Possession Of Multiple Drugs : Police Chief
Arrest came after motor vehicle stop in Wendy's parking lot.

Lacey Township police recently charged a Bayville man with possession of multiple drugs in the parking lot of Wendy's on Route 9 North in Forked River, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Scott Keefe spotted a suspicious vehicle at at 1:43 a.m. on March 30. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Filberto Sacramento, 28, Pheasant Drive, in Bayville, for possession of oxycodone, clonazepam and drug paraphernalia.
Sacramento was taken to police headquarters and processed. Sacramento was released after receiving a criminal summons. In addition, he received a traffic summons for possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, the chief said.
