Lacey Police Arrest Two On Marijuana Charges
Police arrested a man and a juvenile after responding to a "disturbance" in parked car

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested a Hamilton Township man and a juvenile after they responded to a report of a "loud disturbance" inside a parked vehicle near the 1000 block of Clairmore Avenue, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said
Officer Christopher Meyler and Officer Julie Barcalow responded to the area at 9:33 p.m. on March 10 and located the vehicle matching the description near the intersection of Leslie Street and Clairmore Avenue in Lanoka Harbor, the chief said.
They arrested the driver, Jacob F. McGlinchy, 18, Hughes Drive for possession of marijuana of 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, DiBella said.

The juvenile was also taken to headquarters, where he was charged on a juvenile complaint of possession of marijuana of 50 grams or less of marijuana. The juvenile was turned over to his mother's custody.
