Lacey Police Arrest Two Men On Heroin Charges in Wawa Parking Lot
A Lacey Township man and a Brick man are both facing heroin charges, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested a Brick man and a Forked River man on heroin charges in the Wawa parking lot on Lacey Road, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Lacey detectives arrested Lawrence J. Robertiello, 35, Rachel Court, Brick, and Andrew G. Lupton, 34, Penn Avenue, Forked River, at 4:03 p.m. on April 25 in the Wawa parking lot, the chief said.
Robertiello was processed and charged with distribution of heroin and possession of a controlled dangerous (heroin). Lupton was charged with possession of CDS and possession of a hypodermic hypodermic syringe, DiBella said.
