Lacey Police Charge Lanoka Harbor Man With Drunk Driving

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently charged a Lanoka Harbor man with drunk driving after an accident on Union Court, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Officers Dan Ricciardella and Julie Barcalow responded to the accident at 5:53 p.m. on April 4. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Erik J. Lazenby, 32, Jersey City Court for driving under the influence

He was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with reckless driving and failure to maintain lane, the chief said.

His vehicle was impounded pursuant to John’s Law.
